HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?


We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.


HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?


Zone 1 - Australia, New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 8-15 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

DO YOU COVER IMPORT COSTS?


We do not cover any import taxes or costs if they are incurred. 

 

CAN I AMEND SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?


Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake. What we can do is withhold the stock (for a maximum of two weeks), cancel the order and allow you to purchase the item again. You can then refund your original order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

 

Returns

 

We offer exchanges and refunds for change of mind within 14 days of receipt. Please expect all requests to be made within 7 days of PPF receiving the return request.

If a size or style exchange is requested on an out-of-stock item, a refund will be
issued. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

All postal returns require the returns slip to be attached.

Please note return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method, as PPF is not responsible for missing deliveries. 

 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

 

  • Items are in their original condition.
  • Items are in their original packaging.
  • Tags remain attached to garments.
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

 

PAST PRESENT FUTURE upholds the right to deny a return request if the items do not meet the stated conditions.
